This Arts Ballroom star-studded Sweet 16 transformed the elegant Philadelphia venue into a nightclub and lounge for Lindsay’s special birthday. Unique audio visual effects, modern furniture and a dramatic appearance by one of Lindsay’s favorite performers (or at least the next best thing) had guests on their feet all night.
